Area and Dining I guess can't be blamed on hotel. Bed was fine for sleeping. AC or Heat didn't work. WiFi didn't work. Bathroom needs a review of its own, it needs to be gut renovated. There were no images of the bathroom. The bathroom was an elderly care facility. The shower was just on the open floor with a curtain and toilet was high up accommodating for mobility issued individuals. When shower was on, the water splattered every where. The toilet was not set to the floor, it kept moving. I'm becoming famished writing this review. Anyways, I get the price is low, that doesn't mean the shower should have mold in the head, water damaged wood, slow water draining pipe.

A warm welcome and friendly staff.

We chose Stelle hotel as it was close to Garibaldi station. You can walk through the station right into a foyer brings you right in front of hotel reception. A warm welcome from the receptionist we stored our bags as we arrived very early and headed off to the city centre to explore. The hotel itself is pleasant, rooms were clean. Shower and toiletries were ok. No free bottled water and two tea bags supplied we asked for a few extra. Breakfast was fine not overly exciting too much cake and not so much savoury. Staff member was helpful with the drinks machine, fruit juice was watery. As mentioned a good base for the station but the area is not too pleasant. We didnt want to drag our suitvases to far and used the airport bus. Several restaurants around but mostly snack bars. Definitely recommend the hotel for its convenience for traveling onto Ercolano for Herculaneum or further for Pompeii.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel for an emergency 1 night stay. The room was clean but a bit shabby and lacking in soul. It was comfortable and had everything that we could want. We only paid 65 Euros so I cannot complain. The best thing about the hotel were the lovely staff who were very kind and helpful to weary stressed travellers.

The property is attached to the train station which is convenient. The ac did not work in our room and only half the lighting worked. Without ac it was 26c all night. Miserable!!

The bathroom was a little bit dirty and the furniture around the room was worn down. The breakfast was substandard in my opinion. Not a lot of options, but good coffee. Convinient location near a train station and alot of space in the room.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, etc and I really liked the direct access from the train station to a back entrance to the hotel so we didn’t have to go out on to the public street sidewalks. The surrounding neighborhoods seemed a bit sketchy and we didn’t feel comfortable venturing out at night. The restaurant at the hotel is not open for dinner.
