Book Mount Ulla hotels

The floor we were on smelled terribly like weed…all night. Made the room stink. The elevator didn’t work, there was no drinking water anywhere.

Very clean and hospitable!! Will stay again.

I just want to say it’s not the cleanest and most taken care of place. It wasn’t terrible but it left much to be desired.

The hotel was nice but the parking lot design leaves much to be desired.

The room had not been cleaned. There was a large pile of hair clippings under the sink and hair on the toilet. It was the grossest hotel room I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here. Completely unhygienic.

Call to see if they are still renovating!!!!!! We were there for 9 days !! We moved from the 8th floor because renovation was supposed to have started. We were moved to the fifth floor only to find out that they were not doing renovation on the eighth floor. We had no ice machine working on the fifth floor or the fourth floor so we had to go to the sixth floor. We tried to do laundry only to find out that the laundry room was on the second floor and the entire second floor was under renovation so we ended up having to find a local laundromat. After a few days. The hotel was down to only two elevators working. Mind you there was some type of gymnastics convention going on and there was a long wait for the elevator.. we had a problem with the hot water on the eighth floor and then after two days on the fifth floor the water seem to be not as hot . We thought it was maybe from the hotel being overly crowded from the gymnastic competition, but they left, and the water issue was still the same lukewarm water.
