Stay was for three nights. Did not clean my room upon the first night nor give fresh towels although it was requested. Was told if I needed fresh towels I would need to come get them. The hallways were extremely hot… no AC in the hallways although the AC in the room was working.

Took 20 min to get checked in/ about same for check out. House keeping was great. Out of a lot of items at breakfast bar/ items(orange juice, apple juice machine not working. Bath tub while taken a shower, I had 6" of water in tub before shower was completed. Bed were comfortable.

Lost Reservation- terrible service

I would love to tell you about our stay but they lost our reservation when the hotel switched from the Comfort Inn and they could not accomodate us even though we had a conformation number from both Comfort Inn & Spark. So we had to find a hotel at 10pm that night that could take us.
