Book Mount Carmel Junction hotels

The walls of the room were EXTREMELY thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations as if they were in the room with us. This was particularly unpleasant when they started being intimate around 1AM. The pool was closed but we were told we could use the neighboring hotel’s pool. On top of that, we were told AFTER completing our deposit at check in that there was a planned power outage from 10pm to 5am. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in the desert. It should not have accepted reservations for that night. The room was so incredibly hot around midnight that I could not sleep. Pair that with all of the noise from our neighbors and everyone else near the check in desk because our room was on the first floor right beside the desk. We should’ve been told upon booking or at the very least days before so we could move hotels. We were also hiking the next day and couldn’t charge any of our devices. Yet we were still charged for a normal night stay. The shower floor was also so slippery I almost fell multiple times and I am a very in shape 30 year old woman. There are no treads or texture in the shower. Honestly this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I’m extremely upset I paid for it and was not notified in advance. Likely will not be using hotels.com to book again to ensure I am notified of such things beforehand

No microwave. Ice machine was down. Restroom was very small. The location was prime since it was in the center of all eateries

Complimentary Breakfast is really good, they provided microwave, coffee pot and ice chest, room is very clean.
