After a long two-day drive to Utah, we arrived at our vacation home for the week "Willow Retreat" and couldn't have been happier with our choice of where to stay! Deciding on a place to stay when you're planning a trip is one of the most important decisions because it can make or break your vacation and we were definitely super excited and relieved when we arrived to see that without a doubt we picked the best place. First and foremost, Jeff was an amazing host and super responsive, which made us feel at ease. I can't stress that enough. Willow Retreat was perfect for our family-my husband and I and our three daughters ages 19, 20, & 21. Our oldest daughter's boyfriend, who recently moved to Las Vegas for a job, drove to Kanab and joined us for the weekend! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and we had everything we needed when we cooked. The beds and pillows were nice and very comfortable and we all slept great. The layout of the house was perfect...lots of space to gather whether we were eating or watching TV and spacious bedrooms and closets! One of my favorite things was opening the shades in the morning and seeing the beautiful view of the cliffs to the north. We did a lot of day trips - spent 3 days exploring Zion NP, a day at Kolob Canyons on the northwest side of Zion, then a day going to Wire Pass Trailhead to Buckskin Gulch, and Horseshoe Bend in Page, AZ! Star gazing from the hot tub was an awesome way to end the day. I don't know when, but we definitely want to go back and we will 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

The location is right on major highway with constant traffic. The view is of the neighbors house. Large lights on commercial bldg next door. The fire pit is the size of my shoe. When it’s cold outside it’s cold inside even with the 3 heaters.

The host was extremely communicative and reached out several times to make sure we had all we needed. The house also had everything you could possibly need and is one of the best stocked VRBO’s has ever stayed at. The location was amazing and central to all the activities and hikes. Great accommodations and excellent communication!

We went to Kanab for a get together, 10 families. The experience was excellent, the facilities are really good. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. There are lot of kitchen utensils, this is the one best places for a large group gathering. Few things we thought can be little bit better , one thing is the fire pit. It is too small for a large group to sit outside. It can have more heater or a large fire pit. Volleyball court can be maintained. Home theater speaker is really good but it would be better if it can have 5.1 speakers. These things didn't impact us much except the fire pit.so giving 5 ratings and will go again there.

Property is very well maintained and it was very clean when we arrived. Also kitchen had all sort of utensils for families to prepare food. Pool, Hot tub, plus lot of other gaming stuff well managed. Communication was excellent
