This was such a fun and unique place to stay, the animals on the property are such a pleasant addition! The owners are friendly and available if questions come up. I would stay here again!!

Clean and comfortable home with a helpful host. Great place to stay if you are hiking the Wave. The trailhead is about 40 minutes away. BTW, the hike is awesome. If you can get the permit, don't think twice!

This place is truly amazing! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect family getaway. We were a group of five, including elderly parents and our 5-year-old, and everyone had a fantastic time.The views were absolutely unforgettable—easily one of the best we've experienced at any vacation rental. From peaceful sunrises to breathtaking sunsets, every moment felt like a postcard. My parents especially appreciated the quiet, scenic surroundings and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was.The property owner was very responsive. We had a couple of questions about using the amenities, and she replied right away. While most of the communication was automated, it was clear that the owner was attentive and kept track of all messages.We genuinely didn’t want to leave and even considered extending our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem to others!

I was lucky and won the lottery for The Wave! I booked the 20’ silver bullet for four nights. As soon as I saw Jeff and Steph have rescue animals I didn’t look for anything else. In addition to the rescue animals, it turned out to be the closest place to the trailhead for The Wave. Jeff and Steph were amazing and we highly recommend their ranch. We plan to go back next year!
