Old place but convenient to all things to do

Location is good, not many choices for dining and shopping. Good location for all the outdoor activities. The place is old and room is very tight. Did not tried the buffet breakfast. We did not have any safety issue, but kind of wary the first, we were alone in the back of the hotel and no other guests around.

Parry Lodge has an old school feel but with just the right touch of modern. The owners did a great job of keeping the old movie feel but with just a bit of modernization to keep it comfortable. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you feel like you are back in the 40s. While the rooms also have that same feeling there are updated showers and beds.

Quaint but functional motel straight from the 50’s and 60’s. A true step back in time to the days of ‘Little Hollywood’. The rooms are small but very clean.

The Parry Lodge is a throwback to yesteryear when travel was an experience, rooms were large and well maintained and staff were courteous and responsive. If you’re a film history buff, this is your dream stay in a scenic small town.

We stayed here overnight over a week on a trip to Az. The rooms we booked was not available both times. The rooms they put us in had no electrical outlets to charge our phones. The shower leaked all over the floor and the toilet was not stable and wobbled. The outlet for the hair dryer was not working. On our return we specifically asked for the room that we reserved and were told it was already booked. I like to support local businesses but we will not be coming back to this hotel.

We absolutely loved the historical value of the Lodge. Also, since we were arriving after hours, the front desk staff called and made it very convenient to obtain our key. Everything went smoothly. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the server in the Lodge, he was super attentive despite being very busy.

It’s absolutely lovely and historical at this location. Close to restaurants and on the main road yet quiet. The bed was comfy, the pillows were soft and there was plenty of linens for us to use. I’d definitely stay here again.
