The room carpet is brown and very old and feels disgusting. Also had towels in the room on the first day that was dirty it had hair on it like multiple and I had to get room service to get me new ones the next day. I got stuck in the elevator didn’t notice that it’s two hotel in one location which we got stuck on the 4 th floor. The area is nice close to the science meuseum but everything closes early in my opinion in the area. The room was okay just feels dated, brown carpets and the Ac wall unit was only in 2 location and one of the room did feel hot so we can’t close the door

This was the perfect place for our large family, it was very central for our sightseeing, it was clean, we enjoyed the outdoor area, the service was good. The sofa bed wasn’t great, but the regular beds were very comfortable.

The hotel room was a little rough around the edges, but relatively clean and safe, and overall a very convenient option for our family. Having a kitchenette was very convenient - we didn't cook full meals, but it was great to be able to keep some breakfast and snack options in the fridge and keep restaurant leftovers for another day. The location is very convenient, with many attractions just a short walk away, and easily accessible public transit.

Oldest hotel in world and room smells bad. it says parking available when tou book but it is scam because they charges 35 cad. means one night for leaving in garbage bay cost you more than 300 cad. if you tell somebody this costs you 300 cad they will laugh.
