This hotel room was maybe technically clean but there were stains and rust marks and generally run down. You have to walk through a sketchy area to get to the restaurant and shopping district which was uncomfortable since we were walking with children.

Nice but noisy

Everything was fine until some teenagers in the room opposite ours were playing very loud music and were talking loudly. The hotel staff eventually had to come and tell the teenagers to turn down the music but they didn’t.

Hotel is run down. Carpet in the room Was old and dirty looking. and there was quite a bit of dust and dirt behind the beds / furniture etc. the lighting in the room was poor.

Went on Monday morning and arrived at the airport around 730. Called early to see if we could get an early room. We got there at 930, and not only was the room ready, we got an upgrade on top of that. Separate room with tv and sofa bed, full kitchen with utensils were available if requested. We did pay a 40 dollar early check in fee but we knew it was a part of it as it was clearly communicated when i phoned. The staff were easly approachable and kind to us, interested in what we came to the city for. All and all, a steller experience. Although rooms seem a bit outdated, ours was clean and comfortable. Security with reqired key card was added benifit. Will be back again for the price point no doubt. Location was incredible. Breakfast was standard so no complaints. Thank for the amazing stay

Or stay was excellent. Very comfortable suite. I wish the $35 charge per day for parking had been communicated prior to check in. The amount for parking is ridiculous considering it is on site.

I was sleeping in my hotel around 7pm when someone walked into my room and stole $2700. The front desk double booked my room and gave some random a key. Still waiting to see what they are going to do about this situation
