Room, staff and all other amenities were terrible. Receptionist gave ys the key of a room which was already full/occupied. When we stepped in the room people were sleeping in their beds and jumped out, this scared all of us. Terrible experience. Then, receptionist gave us a room which has a broken phone and dirty coffee machine. Furthermore, internet was not working, we hardly connected one of our devices with dead slow speed and low reception. Additionally, the breakfast staff were quite rude. We don’t think this hotel deserves a good rating!
