Even though I got there early, I had to wait until about 5:PM for my room. Each time I approached the desk was told my room was not yet ready. My son was with me, began to say that he was not coming back. Furthermore, this trip was the 4th for this year. As a registered RIU member, better courtesy should have been extended to us!

Definitely recommend five star for sure the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner five star for sure Service five star for sure resort five star for sure beautiful beach nice pool pools swim up bar waterslides on part of the resort so much fun all the employees very respectful, kind loving, and helpful. Put on a great show at the neon party. Rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of space.

First I need to say, the staff were wonderful! We didn’t have any issues with the staff, they were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The resort itself gave bad vibes, food was horrible, we had a cockroach run across our table while eating breakfast. Every single morning, like clock work, 6am the banging started. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the water would change from hot to cold out of nowhere. Couldn’t wait to go home!

Smoking needs to be contained - there are policies and they are not being upheld. I choose not to smoke, but on your property, I am exposed to a lot of second hand smoking which includes marijuana. Tipping is an expectation not earned - I love jelly coconuts and had to refrain from getting them because I was explicitly told I am to tip. I refuse to be forced into tipping if I do not want to. The food is sub-par except the dessert chefs are doing an excellent job.
