Customer service was very poor. TV not working..called customer service…no answer…went at service desk…clerk said he can’t help but will send somebody…nobody came after an hour wait he called me…declined since it was time for bed for my kid.

The air quality in the room felt poor to us. We have allergies. Not sure if it was the perfumes or dogs that irritated us. Everything else was okay.

Nice clean hotel. Loved the filtered water sensor in the lobby. Showers are not made for taller people either haha or easily adjustable... Not pleased with the deposit taking 3-7 business days to be returned!! Especially after being told we'd get it back upon check out! Our hotel stay was paid in advance in full.. very frustrating!
