Horrible room. Filthy room and hallways. Pool shower was full of mold and algae. Parties in courtyard all night. Had to phone front desk 6 times before they answered. No wifi in our room and toilet did not flush properly. Reached out for assistance and nobody got back to us

Great Room, Needs more attention to detail

Room was great but there were a few items missing (no cups for coffee maker, only 2 towels and 3 facecloths for 6 people) Had to get more. I would expect the room to be supplied with the appropriate number of supplies based on the occupancy number. Front desk was ok with providing the missing items. The hide-a-bed had crumbs in it. This should be checked by cleaning staff on regular basis to ensure cleanliness. Other than that the room was great!! :)

The property is in sad shape. Carpet is so worn that it's worn away completely in places, stone work in the front is broken and jagged so you trip over it, beds were fine but our bathroom was missing a towel rack but one bracket left on the wall and there were holes in the tiles above the toilet. Our toilet wouldn't stop running after flushing. Took 45 minutes of work after 10pm to fix it. Two towels and 1 paper cup provided for 4 guests for a 2 night stay. The front desk staff was the worse part though. With the exception of night auditor that doesnt start work until 11:30pm (she was helpful), the rest of the front desk staff were miserable human beings. Unhelpful and beyond rude. One couldnt take his ear buds out to help us find coffee and the woman who checked us in and our group spoke to a few times was absolutely miserable. The parking lot has massive potholes and cigarettes/litter everywhere. The exterior door near our room was out of order. The pool was so murky you couldn't see the bottom in most of it. This hotel was such a disappointment. If we hadnt alreay paid, i would have cancelled and slept in my car.

Just ok

The girl at the desk didn’t really know how to direct us to our room. We had no facecloths in our room. Went for breakfast and a piece of bread was moldy and we like tea, the pot there had luke warm water in it so we had to go back to the room and use the small coffee machine to achieve a tea to satisfaction. Went for bottled water later at night in the snack bar and the person at desk was gone for 10 minutes so we had to pay upon check out. The hotel must have been fully booked as there was no parking left both nights and we had to park in the dirt, which felt apprehensive as it wasn’t under lights or anything, possibly easier for someone to break in. Would be nice if the a/c stayed on the whole time and didn’t fluctuate. The bedding smelled fresh and looks like some recent upgrades were made. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

The facility in general is in need of cleaning and repair. This surprised us, as the cost of the room was high. Good beds, good service, but lots of room for improvement on the breakfast.

The hotel is outdated, and needs a lot of renovation. The AC was working but the cover was dirty and was not wiped clean. The rug in the hallway needs to be replaced. Some parts of the hotel is dark and has this old motel feels. The toilet was flushing very slowly. The staff in the lobby and breakfast area are very nice. They have clean sheets. The one-bedroom suites did it job, as it accomodated my family of 6.

Nothing special

The room was nice, bed was comfy and the linens were clean but there were some issues. We couldn’t get the curtains to close all the way so we were unable to take a nap after we arrived like we were hoping. The door to the room had to be held a certain way in order to lock it. We later found out that one of the outlets in the room only works if the light in the entry way is turned on so we couldn’t use either lamp on that side of the bed or have a phone plugged in. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom, the pumps in the shower were pretty grungy as well as the shower curtain and the fan looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. At checkout I had a quick, simple question about the hold on my card and I got a snarky answer. I personally won’t be booking a stay at this particular Days Inn again in the future.
