Rooms were loud due to appliances, we had to not use our mini fridge and unplug to not hear the god awful noise as well as old fans in the bathroom that sounded like old motors. Shower was plugged, would not drain and the water was either really too hot like scalding or too cold. Was not safe.

Room was nice and clean. The hotel location is convenient although the trains come by regularly at night(they do provide ear plugs). Improvements could be made in the breakfast buffet. The bread was stale and moldy and the eggs runny.

Staff was courteous. The room was acceptable but little things I noticed like a poor quality / worn out office chair, no other chair like seating other than sitting on the bed. Lastly, it is about 100 yards from a train exchange so you hear it unless you are wearing their complimentary ear plugs. There is a reason it's an affordable hotel.

The room was good, staff was great. Trains traveling 50 yards from the room through out the night was not welcoming. Soap dispensers on the bath tub wall, causes soap to drip in the bathtub, Thus making the bathtub floor slippery. Someone will slip and fall. It's a liability for you. Notified the staff of the slippery bathtub floor
