Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a gym, a spa, golf, a treehouse, putt-putt, and tennis are all located in the resort as well. Discover plenty of shopping options at the Grand Boulevard complex next to the resort, where you can grab a movie or dine out. Of course, a day at the beach is always an option here - simply cross Highway 98 or ride the tram and you've practically arrived at the turquoise water and white sand beaches on the resort front. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

Dock details: There is a public dock at Baytown a short walk West of Bahia. Simply follow the walking path past The Grand Sandestin to the Baytowne Village.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
