Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.
