We booked the room for our only night in Milan, but would rebook again in a heartbeat. Staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made us feel right at home for our brief time there. Rooms were clean and modern, bed was good, and I slept extremely well. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a delicia variety of things. Sad to leave, but hope to return!

The hotel is clean, modern, and stylish — everything looks new and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and eager to help. A special mention to Kenneth at check-in for his warm and professional service. The location right across from Milano Centrale is a huge plus, making travel incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

My wife and I booked a room here at the last minute and our stay was great! It was our honeymoon and they gave us a free bottle of champagne which we drank on our last night there. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The building is within walking distance of Milan Central station. The bar on the 6th floor serves food and drinks with nice views and great music in the evening. Just be aware if you stay on the 5th floor, you will hear the music above you. They will also coordinate transportation to both airports if needed, but you will need to pay the drivers in cash once you arrive at your destination. Overall, a really great hotel to stay at in Milan. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent hotel, very close to train station, excellent restaurants in the area. Nice having the hot tub (but book early, as we found it inconvenient if you just wanted to go spur of the moment). Highly recommend this hotel, will be back again.

Property is convenient if you need to be close to the train and don’t mind hearing and feeling the train pass by while you are sleeping. Also do not eat in the hotel if you have to stay there, we took a chance and had dinner there and got sever food poisoning.

They gave us super treatment. Wheb we got in. It wqs raining they allowed us to change and also had our room ready when we came down stairs. Food location at night are good just go left side of the train station. I felt safe walking around at night. Also if you are using adapter for phones with fast charging, you must turn off your phone when charging in this hotel. The charges get super hot in minutes. So tirn off the phonew when charging and dont charge overnight amy item. The electronics from USA are powerful.
