The hotel was excellent with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and courteous, which made the stay even more comfortable. We were offered a complimentary welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The rooftop café had a great vibe, with a lovely ambience and a relaxing setting. I would highly recommend this place for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel can be seen on rightside of the train station, so convenient and walkable around. The room is clean and spacious and we had all drinks snacks as complimentary waiting for us at arrival. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a laudry service available as well but it doesn't mention on website. Enjoyed the stay.

Clean room, friendly staff, near the train station. We had to leave a day early to attend a funeral and the front desk offered to prepare a boxed breakfast if we couldn’t sit down. At check in, they gave us a map and circled the train & tram stations nearby to make it easier for us and gave us the prices for different train passes. Would highly recommend. Staff was extremely cordial and proactively helpful. They accommodated our need to leave a suitcase at their hotel for 2 nights while we visited Venice before returning to the iQ in Milano. This place is VERY customer focused, they show genuine interest in making guests welcome and cared for. We love the amenities! Even though we did not use them all, having the invitation to enjoy anything in the mini-fridge for no cost.

We booked the room for our only night in Milan, but would rebook again in a heartbeat. Staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made us feel right at home for our brief time there. Rooms were clean and modern, bed was good, and I slept extremely well. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a delicia variety of things. Sad to leave, but hope to return!

Clean hotel and rooms with a great breakfast selection and friendly, welcoming staff. Conveniently located very near the train station, with only a bit of noise from the subway. Overall, an excellent stay overall.
