This is an excellent hotel but there were some noise issues, which they did address. Firstly outside our initial rooms were 2 very noisy air con units from a neighbouring property. We were quickly moved when we realised this. Sadly some rooms are also quite significantly affected by the noise and vibrations from trains passing underneath the property. Again they addressed this quickly and professionally but if you have sensitive hearing it could be a problem. Otherwise, first rate.

The hotel was excellent with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and courteous, which made the stay even more comfortable. We were offered a complimentary welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The rooftop café had a great vibe, with a lovely ambience and a relaxing setting. I would highly recommend this place for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel can be seen on rightside of the train station, so convenient and walkable around. The room is clean and spacious and we had all drinks snacks as complimentary waiting for us at arrival. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a laudry service available as well but it doesn't mention on website. Enjoyed the stay.
