You get what you pay for here as far as hotel condition is concerned. This place is definitely a little run down, but if you’re on a budget like we were you can make it work. I must say the the hallway and basement of had the strangest of putting smell…I can’t put my finger on it but beware of that. Our room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The staff were very kind, and the all-inclusive breakfast does the trick if you’re like something light. The cappuccinos were fantastic. Personally I regret staying here because we found the location to be pretty inconvenient and inaccessible for public transport. Though there is a bus stop close by the metro is 20 minute walk away. Prepare yourself to take a combination of bus, metro and street cars to get around. Overall it took us a minimum of 40 minutes to visit the city centre and other notable neighbourhoods. There’s also not many good restaurants or cafes nearby. Next time I would spend a bit more to be in a better location to maximize our time in Milan.

Absolutely disgusting and scary place. Felt like I was going to get kidnapped. Unprofessional (but nice) front desk ladies. They had no idea how to help, could not even help with thermostat or WiFi. Hair all over shower. Uneasy feeling. We asked them to take our bags to our room when it was ready because we checked in too early, we came back and our bags were still in some storage area downstairs.

Conveniently located close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Centre and all the attractions. Lovely staff. Tramline right outside was a bit noisy especially at night but it was ok with the widow closed.

It was last minute near the airport accomodations. But there was essentially no AC or fans so it was extremely hot. The room was small and not that clean and the bath very small and dingy as was the lobby and neighborhood. No real restaurants or anything but it was near the airport and modest price.

In a very bad are, not safe at all. Our air conditioner did not work and we were told that was because Milan did not allow them to have that much electricity, basically they had not paid so given very low power. The room was tiny the bed like a rock. We tried many times to speak with the hotel, they just ignored us. DO NOT BOOK
