Excellent setting, view and accommodating host

Setting is ideal with wonderful balconies to view sunrise and sunset. Hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Unit is clean. Apartment is dated and bathrooms and appliances not fully operational. Would add a star if mattresses were better and appliances replaced. Overall very good experience 4/5

A comfortable stay in a terrific neighborhood

The condo is even roomier than the photos show. The location is great: in a quiet neighborhood, just a quick walk from the beach. The unit is furnished very comfortably, and cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the 3 of us was no problem at all.

Great location. Very short walk to the beach and the best restaurants south of fifth. Condo stocked w everything you need. Managers very attentive. Will stay here be local hotels going forward.

Exceptional stay. Property is clean and bright and superbly kitted out. Floor to ceiling windows flood condo with light. This end unit offers balcony seating both east and west facing for coffee or cocktails. Mesmerizing ocean views. Watch cruise ships sail away. Comfy beds. Attentive and professional host. Quick stroll to beach and all restos. Daily cafe cortaditos at La Playa next door. Highly recommend. Perfect stay.

Very nice property beautiful views , nice balcony’s on east and west side of property. Easy rules and checkout procedure, beautiful kitchen with all amenities.
