Motel was excellent, but the check-in inappropriate. The man at reception refused to provide the room number because he had sent a text to the person who originally booked providing the room number and a pin to access where the key for the room was locked up.

Location is good, Check in was good, rooms were clean (though we felt the outside the rooms were not maintained - not very pleasant and run down). Also, we booked a Family Suite, 2 Bedrooms and expected there will be a small kitchenette with a stove to do some traditional customs for the new year (Jan 1st). But we were disappointed to see there was none, and it was only 2 rooms next to each other (interconnected- but locked from one side). So, did no met our expectations and not very happy for that price.

It’s an older motel. But very clean room. It was quiet and perfect for an overnight stay. I didn’t use it, but the pool looked very inviting. Microwave and crockery/cutlery in room is a nice touch. Very close to the shops. Shout out to the female owner who was exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming. Smoking area is around the back with all the water dragons for company. ;)
