Kitchen had very limited number of equipment, the stove had only one working burner and it was crooked. The room and bathroom were very dirty, there wasn’t any cleaning done during our stay even though we asked for it. It was impossible to get fresh towels. The shower is very obsolete and hard to use. Water was barely running, it was impossible to wash hair. The air conditioner was impossible to control - it was running with terrible noise and making the room too cold, or wasn’t running at all. We had to leave five days before the end of our stay, because the accommodations were just ruining our vacation. We had to pay for another hotel. How can we get a refund, which we are entitled?

It was the cutest little apartment. Just perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were great. Everything was super clean. No la any place to hang out but we weren’t looking for that anyway. We live in the Caribbean and we get to go to the beach all the time so it wasn’t lovely. Not to be charged a beach fee for chairs. Although they were available if we wanted them. I would definitely stay here again. Not for everybody. Cause there’s no 24 seven service but they are very good at getting back to you when you ‎WhatsApp them.

The area was lovely, quiet and safe. It was close to most!. The only issue was the entry door which was battery operated failed to open in the wee hours one evening and we found ourselves looked out for 4 plus hours. It did not help that the evening was cold and windy. Calls to management were not helpful to myself and the other 10 or so guests who could not enter the building. Hopefully the company is able to resolve this issue somehow. Thanks.

Our stay was the antithesis of what was listed. While beds were comfortable and the space had a descent layout, we were unable to access virtually any of our accommodations by the end of our stay due to cold water, no functioning laundry room, and egregious power outages toward the end of our stay. Management literally abandoned us, especially during the power outages, and offered no assistance or repair through any of these issues. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free vacation in Miami.

It’s great for what it is. Pros- price, AC worked great, kitchen, beds comfy, about a block from the beach, great surroundings areas. The lock on the room door was very sturdy and we felt very safe. The staff answered so so fast and helped quickly, absolutely love them!!! Cons- main front entrance door has a pin code lock on it that does not work and the door just opens so anyone can walk in…, windows bathroom and floors needed washes, bathroom door needs replaced and shower head needs replaced. If anyone is loud in the hallway you can 100% hear it. I think the room just needs to be updated and things need to be replaced Final notes. I would 1000% stay here again, although there was some things that I thought could be approved it was a convenient place to stay, nice people and felt good about sleeping there. Thank you
