We returned for the second time, this time staying for 21 days, and once again it was absolutely wonderful. The place feels even more special with every visit, peaceful, beautiful, and full of charm. Very Small room and the bed had nothing on it but a bottom sheet and a HALF sheet on top that would only cover your feet. Nothing else to cover up with. The pictures on the site are very deceiving and not what you think. Its not close to the beach. It’s 4 blocks away. I would not recommend this property!!!!

This was my second time staying at Renzzi On The Beach, and once again it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and very close to stores and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. The staff and atmosphere make the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again!

Just one thing the walls inside the room are too thin and when you having a conversation on the phone people want to complain state that you are talking too loud and reality you’re not . But otherwise, the room is beautiful. The area is really nice I would recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK ! SOMEONE STOLE MY DESIGNER BAG OUT OF MY ROOM WHEN MY DOOR WAS LOCKED !! On top of that it’s mold in the room and the shower and floors are disgusting! I had to file a police report for my bag being stolen! Not safe to stay here !. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE TRAVELING!

This place is clean and modern which is nice, however the however door doesn't stay closed all the way so all the water goes out all over the floor causing a mess. I also didn't like how it was impossible to get early check in and I was waiting from 9am to check in at 4pm.

Great location but disappointing stay

Great location for my Miami Beach visit, however, the property needs updating and much needed maintenance. Outside property as well as indoor hallways are shabby and poorly maintained. Kitchen poorly stocked, broken drawer, refrigerator door opening in inconvenient direction. Lack of sufficient storage and shelving in unit especially bathroom. The unit I rented for an extended stay was large but uncomfortable. Can be a better experience if management paid more attention to details.

Great stay for a trip with friends

Room was comfortable and exactly the size we needed for our group of three. The location felt very safe and easily walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. We originally didn’t have many blankets or pillows, but the number provided to text was extremely responsive and we were given anything we were missing quickly. Toilet had a few instances where it took a while to flush and the warm water was on the side labeled cold in the shower so that took a bit to figure out, but aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and thought it was great for everything we were looking to get out of our trip.

A Hidden Gem – Best Stay We've Had in 10 Years! 🌟 We absolutely loved our stay at Renzzy Hotel! The location couldn’t be better – it’s super convenient, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, all in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean – and that’s saying something because we’ve stayed in many hotels, even right on Ocean Drive, and this one was by far the cleanest we’ve experienced. The room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped with a large fridge (perfect for longer stays), a table, chairs, and everything we needed to feel at home. Agustina was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She’s super helpful, proactive, and always a message away. Even though there’s no reception desk, their team was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp – always quick to reply and ready to solve anything with a smile. Housekeeping was another highlight – they kept everything in perfect condition during our stay. If we had to mention any downsides: yes, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors depending on who’s next door. Luckily, we had quiet neighbors and slept comfortably every night. Also, there’s no elevator – but for us, that wasn’t a problem at all. Honestly, even some Ocean Drive hotels with elevators have constant issues, so we didn’t mind at all.
