Very friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast. Great location (felt very safe in the Brickell area; easy access to the MetroMover, MetroRail, Miami Trolleys, and MetroBus; close to the river bank/bayside; close to the Brickell City Center and a lot of restaurants around; right next to the Publix Supermarket). Amenities (rooftop pool and bar, gym) are great. Some small problems: The bathroom fan in our room did not work. Shower water is not warm enough. Overall this was a great experience.
