Surprised by a $27 "resort fee" at check in, that's never mentioned before. Then a $24.40 parking fee per day. Bathtub was like riding ocean wave...really! No coffee maker in room and restaurant didnt open until 11am.....checkout time. Mini-frig too small to hold take-out boxes. On the plus side, tv was huge property was clean, and pool area great. Beautiful location on shore of waterway.

Location was beautiful. Has an open air restaurant and bar on the water and was the deciding factor when booking. When we arrived both were closed for a private party. We were not notified in anyway and could not cancel and get a refund due to booking through a 3rd party

The front desk staff at late night check-in was super friendly! The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, the wait staff was friendly, and the view was out of this world breathtaking.

I cannot believe how awful this place is, and I’m only on my first night. When we arrived at Palm Tree Club Miami, we immediately noticed something strange—our patio door had an extension cord running outside. We called the front desk, and their only solution was to “just disconnect it.” After doing so, the door wouldn’t lock, meaning an intruder could have easily walked into the kids’ room. For safety reasons, we had to consolidate our rooms, which was extremely inconvenient. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when inspecting our room, we found blood stains on one bed and bodily fluid stains on the other. I was completely disgusted. This level of filth is unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to provide quality accommodations. How is this place even open? If you care about cleanliness and safety, do NOT stay here. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I regret booking this place.

I got to the property and a man was telling the front desk his shower didn’t work. Then my kids and I got to our room we couldn’t even find the bathroom because it was shoved so tightly next to a bed. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The pool was freezing. I told the front desk there is no way I can stay here with my family. We were there for 15 minutes and they won’t refund me.

The room didn’t have a microwave and the floors in the rooms don’t get mopped cause my feet kept getting dirty when I walked around in my room barefoot, also once u arrive to check in… u have to pay $25 a day for parking after paying for ur stay! And then resort fee! And a deposit fee! No breakfast included and no microwave for all that money is ridiculous! Not worth none of that!
