I’ve stayed here a few times. They do seem to try and the staff cares about the experience. It is in a constant state of construction. Rooms seem to be the last phase of renovation. Pool area and lobby look good. Rooms need a facelift. My room didn’t have hot water and was moved to a room that hadn’t been used in a while. It worked out. If you want a really nice place, look elsewhere. The price is fair for what you get. I like the location.

Perfect place on the beach. Views are excellent, plenty of food within walking distance or right at the hotel, and the kids enjoyed it as well. Pool looked amazing but the ocean water was clean, deep and perfect temperature.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. While the pooo tea was recently renovated and had a nice bar and the pool itself was clean, all good stopped there. Our bathroom has BLACK MOLD growing. When we informed the hotel you could tell they were not surprised and must hear this a lot because they had a whole script prepared. They would not switch our room or offer us any consolation for this despite us explaining we had two small children and this was a clear health hazard. The rooms were filthy with stained carpets and bugs. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. While this place is very affordable, it’s clear why-truthfully until the room renovations are complete they should not be having guests stay here. The place isn’t just dated, it’s filthy.

Great peaceful vacation resort

This resort is in an amazing location with direct beach access, a great pool deck area to hang out in the evening, and great views. The rooms were nice. We stayed during the construction, but the disruption was minimal. I would definitely go back.

The hallways are old and musty the hotel rooms look and smell old! there was a roach in my bathroom and they had go spray raid in there the pictures up on the internet are sooo different from what it looks like in real life the only thing that was good about that resort was the pool and beach

Welcome to Noiseport Beachside Hotel. We knew there was construction noise to be expected at the hotel when booking and although several hours of heavy hammer drilling exceeded our expectations, the biggest problem turned out to be not construction noise. It was all the other noise. If you enjoy listening to club music from 10am to 10pm every day, then you will probably be ok. But for us it was too much. It seemed like there was constant noise everywhere all the time - from the banging music at the pool, from neighbours watching TV and the sound leaking into our room, from the hallway and the elevators, from people talking loudly right next to our balcony. There's no noise insulation anywhere. The food at the pool is ok, but way overpriced compared to what you can get outside the hotel right across the road, not even 3 minutes walk away. The staff was nice and welcoming. We paid extra for ocean view, but couldn't really see any ocean from it. Overall would not recommend and we won't be coming back. Should've rented an airbnb condo for the same price instead.

The rooms were dirty. I don’t know how this hotel passes inspection. The only reason I did leave is because I couldn’t get a room because it was spring break. The money they charge per night is a rip off. I booked this hotel because my husband used to stay there with his grandparents and my husband and I wanted to share the experience with our grandsons. This was a an expensive and total disappointment

Beautiful view from our ocean front room, some staff were nice while some was extremely extremely rude like security and young guy at front desk. Be prepared to pay resort fee even if you dont use it and pay the high price of parking or valet.
