The property meaning lobby was nice, restaurant food was good. Pool seamed good did not use it but by looking in couldn’t see anything negative. The rooms are small and the bathroom needs some updates. For the price I paid rooms are not worth it. My only complaint and it’s the reason I gave my stay a 3 star is. The 1st day I was at the hotel we came back at 5/6:00 and our room was not made when we asked the cleaning crew NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. We had to use sign language and still she looked at me as if o had 2 heads. Not even the supervisor didn’t speak well. Finally she came in while we were getting ready to clean. The second day it was done but only left 2 sets of towels when we were 3 people. We tried calling several times but no one was answering the phone. So I had to use my friend’s towel after she used it. Not so cool

Bathroom and closet are tiny. Certainly no wheel chair could get in the room or the bathroom. No desk to work on and the view outside the window is a wall. The room had insufficient lighting and the price was expensive for the room.

Nice hotel. We've stayed here before so it was nice enough that we came back. My only complaint are the bathrooms. Really small and very little space to put your toiletries or anything really. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs (although pricey but that's Miami) as well as a little coffee bar.

There was a major leak in our room that kept us up all night. Also one of the beds was broken and made very annoying noises all night if you moved at all in your sleep.

We stayed her in Nov. 2024 before boarding our cruise. It was such a beautiful hotel that had access to the beach and a large pool area. Lovely restaurant and bar. Walking distance to store, restaurants, etc. we would come back to Miami and stay here anytime.
