Disappointed

The overall experience was very good despite an issues with the room. Unfortunately they eliminated one of the best breakfast buffets in the state. Now the food service has dropped to something equivalent to a fast food chain restaurant or less. This seems to be a trend among the few casinos I frequent. The airport like chain restaurants are small with little or no seating.

Staff was helpful and nice, room was nice clean. Did not like that there was no gym 😡. Did not like that you did not advertise the Boxing fight upstairs. Did not like your complimentary breakfast do not eat meat could only eat potatoes. Went to the Miccosukee air boat and they didn’t know of the discount offered with players card had to wait till they called manager to get it. Did not have live Black Jack? All in all we had a good stay and I would do it again.

PRO'S: was a good place for the out of town family to meet. the 24 hr. snak bar was good. the help was very nice. the breakfast in the morning was very nice. on saturday morning those workers earned their money because it was packed. The bar was good. the elevators were speedy, not like some hotels ive been in. the price of the room was decent. CONS: we had a handicapped room bc of my 92 year old mom. she needed a walk in shower. it was difficult to try to figure out how to make the hand held part work & as is usual in hotels, the water pressure was awful. we had to call maintenance when trying to put our things away to fix the drawer in the bathoom cupboard, show us to work the shower, & the keurig coffee machine was tricky----& i was familiar with the machine bc i have one at home! this one you had to jiggle just the right way. the toilet paper holder was too loose. they had an old rickety cupboard in the bathroom bc there was no counter area. there was no fridge in the room. i had to ask for tp after a couple days bc the maid was not doing it, or emptying all the garbage. Needs a paper pad w pen or pencil in the room. no desk, so made it difficult to use my ipad. I do know there were other nicer regular rooms, cause i got to peek in a couple.my biggest complaint? NO VIDEO POKER!!!!! My cousin won some money, but i didnt think the slot machines were giving much play. why you have just games of chance idk. must be a $$ maker for you.

Service was great. Rooms were kept tidy when we returned back with fresh towels and washcloths. Remote wasn’t working staff came to room to try to correct it but gave us another remote. Very helpful and nice. Will return again

Room was nice and clean ..... very comfortable. Price was excellent. Before booking we called and asked if there was a pool because nothing was mentioned on the net. We were assured there is a pool so we booked our stay. When we checked in, we asked where the pool was located (it had been a long drive and we wanted to just relax). We were informed that the pool was not open and that they provide breakfast as an offset. We had reserved our room for three days in the middle of nowhere and there was no pool to relax around. This ruined our entire vacation and it didn't have to happen. I guess they do have a pool but that fact that it is closed is not disclosed! The Hotel was nice and clean, beds comfortable but we were misled about the pool.
