Tv not working . 2 towels in the bedroom for 3 adults air conditioner was not working. Bathtub was dirty and I got bit by bugs while sleeping. Room was very dirty.

Airconditioner put out a moldy smell, didn't feel all that clean, tired facilities. Was in the path of the Airplanes (didn't matter to me so much but if you have problems sleeping - you might want to reconsider)

Our room florring was lifting, asked for another pillow and they said they ran out of pillows, only given two towels, room very run down, floors were very dirty in the main lounge such as food on the floor. Coffee was cold.

The check in was fine. They checked us in ahead of time online. The ceramic tiles in the lobby are dirty and give a bad first impression. The hotel was somewhat hard to find. It shares a driveway with Hyatt Place and its sign is not lit up at night.
