The staff is excellent, It's a very busy area, packed hotel. They are doing a great job managing the big volume. The eare itself is very industrial. But that's not the hotels fault. Our AC broke in the middle of the night, but the staff made sure we get a new room. for the price / service - its a great way to be close to the airport.

from the first day I checked in, I went up to my room, the door didn't open, I called several times to the front desk to get someone to come up and open the door, nobody answered. I had to go down and ask why they don't answer and they told me "when we have people checking they don't answer the phone, the staff said with bad attitude. The next day the same thing, the door won't open, and I asked if there was a solution and they said "NO" all upset. WOW I felt like I was asking to sleep at the hotel for free. I stayed 8 days and during the 8 days I went in front desk to activated the card. Nothing like Expidia describes, the floor is not mopped properly, they spray smelly water and use a swifter, I saw that.

Needed aroom after cruise, No Flight Connection

The room was okay it was spacious with recent update to the floor the furniture was old and the toilet flushed mediocre the pillows were flat and we could have used a couple more. The TV was a bit small for the room size. The staff did the best they could to accommodate us because our crews got in at 7:00 a.m. they got us a room by just after 12:00 and we had to be on our way to the airport by 4:30 a.m. and the shuttle didn't start until 5:00 a.m. so that was kind of a bummer had to get an Uber because they don't have 24-hour shuttle service which one would think they would have at a 24-hour international Airport like Miami the other thing was we had to take an Uber to the hotel from the cruise ship because they don't offer pick up service is the shuttle from the cruise lines they only offer for a fee to the cruise line from the hotel other than that I had no issues with the room, But since it was 180 or $190 for the night the room could have been a lot nicer for the money. I could have for another $30 to stay at a nicer Sheraton hotel and had bathrobes and more amenities I've been in other La Quinta hotels that were much nicer and cheaper this one is pretty aged and you could tell from the exterior how aged it is

The breakfast was a waste of time. They do not serve any meats for breakfast. Only waffles and bagels. The rooms needed to be aired out as I was breaking out in hives every time I entered my room. I ended up taking Benadryl every night just to sleep in the bed and stop itching. I went to the front desk 3 times in my 4 days because the keys kept deactivating. The staff was friendly for the most part. The freezer part of the fridge was not cold enough to freeze anything and water was all over the freezer constantly. The best asset the room was the range of channels on the tv guide. It was the most I have seen for any hotel. I have stayed at La Quinta elsewhere and have to say this one was disappointment.

Roads going in might as well be in paved and hard to find, rooms were unclean and the furniture was destroyed. Room service was also rude to my grandmother, the kindest old lady.

Front desk staff neither friendly nor professional They talk to you like they are doing you a favor. Room is cheaply remodeled, with many flaws, definitely not worth the $250 a night they charged me The hotel itself is hard to find, and will need some serious remodeling and maintenance. I would definitely paid more to stay somewhere better
