Wish I could open the window for some fresh air. Felt humid in my room. Many TV channels weren't working. The airport shuttle was ridiculously hot both ways, blowing hot air in 90° weather. Breakfast was just ok. Security could have been much better. Can easily come in or out the hotel from the pool. Someone could easily hop over the gate. It's decent for one night but I wouldn't recommend longer

Honestly, the overall condition wasn’t great, but I do appreciate the visible effort to maintain cleanliness—that did not go unnoticed. However, the rooms felt moist and muggy, with a noticeable smell of mold and mildew despite the recent lemon-scented cleaning. The humidity in the air was high, making it difficult to breathe, and the AC units weren’t working effectively. While I appreciate that they moved me to another room, it went from horrible to just bad. At that point, I didn’t want to push the issue any further. Wouldn’t recommend. But you have an amazing night team. Tried to make us comfortable. Very professional and helpful

Breakfast was ok. Could have more of a variety. More options. And also have a list of food places around or near the hotel for tourists to see. The property was clean for the most part. It is a bit old so perhaps renovation especially the elevators.
