We had to wait until 10:00 PM to access our room, even though check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM. The hotel offered a credit for the night they did not provide at the end. The reception area was full of other guests complaining as well. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Jason at the front desk provided exceptional service and we had the option to check-in earlier and checkout later. Bottled water was offered free of charge at the front desk daily. I will highly recommend it for cruise folks as the shuttle service is very convenient and you have Whole Foods on your doorstep.
