Place was decent but aisle carpets seemed to not have been cleaned. I did notice a room on 4th floor with an air vent coming out of room that contained computer systems/servers. Seemed like protecting computer systems wasn’t at the top of their mind.

Pros: Property was clean, quiet and customer service was excellent! Food and drinks at the restaurant were so good too! Pool was great with scenic attractions right over the gate (iguanas and scenery). The vip lounge on the top floor had great views and selections. Conveniently located right across from the airport,free shuttle was a huge bonus for our early flight. Cons: Hotel furniture needs updating, it’s outdated and worn. Hotel is not close to anything within walking distance. It’s secluded away, so you need a car or uber/lyft to get to anything. All in all, the cons were not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!

Here’s a more polished and professional version of your hotel review: ⸻ When we arrived, we were initially given the wrong room and accidentally attempted to enter a room that was already occupied. We had to go back down to the front desk, where the issue was eventually resolved and we were assigned a different room. Unfortunately, this all happened at 1 a.m. with three exhausted children, which made the situation even more stressful. The new room we were given was not clean, there was hair all over the floor and in the bathroom. By that point, my kids were already asleep, so we had no choice but to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I do not plan on returning to this hotel.

I did a lot of research before choosing this for a one night stay before leaving Florida. The hotel was great as far as amenities and price. However we were a few doors down from the lobby and there was a domestic dispute for HOURS in our hallway. It got to the point of attempting to call police for the loud arguments and doors slamming. This is clearly supposed to be for flights in and out and it covers the noise of planes well, staff however could care less as they let this go on from 9pm to at least 12am. I has also tried to seek staff for food recommendations and no one was in the lobby and I ended up just looking it up.
