Orbitz has on their site that there is shuttle service from the airport. Which isn’t the case. Tried calling the hotel multiple times and got a busy signal each time. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable wont book here again

Clean room, Great amenities. Breakfast was sun standard for a Hyatt. Pool was surprisingly not heated! Staffs was unwelcome, not rude but not interested to help out either.

Room was good. Breakfast was a joke if you got there anytime after 845 am. Stopped refilling items, so very limited availability. Tried to order food from their grill, it’s closed on Sunday but no where on website or in hotel does it say this. Tried ordering pizza from a recommended place, was told 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later we got our pizza. While we were waiting in lobby for our delivery we witnessed hotel desk order pizza from same place 1.5 hours after we personally ordered. They received their order at the Same time we did. Staff did not offer to order pizza for us. Just gave us a menu.
Shuttle service recommended to get to cruise port was great.
Bottled water from refrigerator at front desk are $6 each.
the room wasn't clean, dirty sheets extra cover had holes all over it and stains all on it. had hairs in the bed, in the bathroom, on the towels. the shower had mold wasn't clean. the towels are stored above the shower in the shower so they get damp and were not clean.
The room was very neglected, lots of dirt around the room, stains on furniture, ants in every corner.
Room smelled cigarettes. The hotel from reception to the room smelled cooking.
Reception area couches looked dirty and so aged.
Room service was not available daily, it is only every other day.
Customer service was very poor
Avoid at all costs.
This was a great clean place with wonderful customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I also saw no bugs for anyone who looks for that in a review.

The staff was rude. No one answered the front desk call. No housekeeping. Rooms were decent.
