I found this property does not understand hospitality of Hilton much. I want to record this message for both Expedia and Hilton. The hotel person said they don’t consider your Hilton honors if you book through Expedia. I think it is wrong. If I book through Expedia or any other website which is common during last minute booking, when I have a choice between Marriott and Hilton why would I choose Hilton if my Hilton honors is not useful?

The property is pretty dated. The bar staff was pleasant but their kitchen had broken equipment preventing them from being able to offer most of their menu. The room was spacious. The phone didnt work to call the front desk and tv lacked the ability to stream shows.

Looking at me you would not know I have a disability. I stood in line waiting to register for check in. The guest service rep asked me if I had a question. I told her what I wanted then she walked away and made me wait for the another rep. The other rep walked away as if she was helping someone and never came back. The rep helped 4 other ppl until someone who was in line said, were you next. I waited 30 minutes. She did not assist me until someone else noticed I wasn't being helped. Mysteriously a new rep was at the counter and checked me in with no problem. I'm not going into details regarding my disability but I was in a lot of pain standing there waiting. We went outside to order a drink and was told it was contactless. We asked if it could be charged to the room. She said no. We went back later and over heard someone at the bar outside being told they could charge to the room
