Extremely Disappointed – Bed Bugs and No Support from Staff I recently stayed at this Hilton location and had an incredibly upsetting experience. I woke up with multiple bites and clear signs of bed bugs (or some other infestation). I reported it to the front desk expecting urgency and basic hospitality, but the response was dismissive and lacked any genuine concern. There was no real effort to accommodate me, offer a room change, or even apologize sincerely. For a brand like Hilton, this is completely unacceptable. I expected better care and professionalism, especially when it comes to health and cleanliness. This stay has left me incredibly uncomfortable and disappointed. I would not recommend this location, and I will be rethinking my trust in the Hilton brand altogether.

Terrible. This hotel doesn't allow me to use luggage cart on my own, self parking is $30, and even in room still water is $8 a bottle, outrageous price marked with small faint text. Service is not good and amenities are old.
