Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, just wish there were more choices for dining. We didn’t have a car, and just landed from an overseas flight, the hotel was hosting a conference, plus many guests, and restaurant area was completely packed.

Our room was not ready when arriving at the hotel at around five in the evening. where told room was not ready and they would give us an upgrade to a room with king bed instead of two queens, which we agreed to. Upon entering the room, it was two queens which we had reserved in the beginning.

The reception was professional. The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was 90s business style. No central lighting switch. We had to search for the light switch of every lamp. Biggest challenge was the lack of hot water in the shower. It took on average 5 minutes for hot water to make the journey to the 12th floor. This is beyond reasonable.
