No assistance in bringing luggage up several stairs to the lobby...room door is so highly sprung that is smacks you before you can walk in. Sparsely furnished room. Terrible worn out foam mattress bed that is a back destroyer. No furniture other than an open rack. Nowhere to put your bag to open it. Blackout drape had holescand room not fully dark. Then there's the constant clanging sound, worse in the bathroom, that seemed to come from the elevator. Towels were small, worn out and of poor quality. Staff were friendly and there was a nice vibe about the place but would not return or recommmend to anyone over the age of 25.

The room was fine. The staff for Helpful. It was not clear to me when I was making the booking that it was a shared room. Also, one of the people sharing the room was snoring all of the time. I requested and was able to move to another room at around 3am.

the 1st few nights the pool was heated & it was fabulous & people were socializing & then I'm not sure why, cuz temp didn't really change, but it stopped being enjoyable. the rooms were what u'd expect. I did like that shower & toilet were separate. had to ask for housekeeping a bit but whatever if ur there for a short stag
