Horrible! Stay away, they overbook and won’t honor booking at the time of checkin. We were left scrambling to find another hotel accommodation when we arrived at checkin. Rude staff and manager is careless about not honoring their bookings.

I paid for an ocean front balcony & the people at the front desk tried & ms shed Christian tried to tell me I am in an ocean front balcony. I was put on the 6th floor on Friday facing the palm trees and pool. Saturday night the hotel put me on the 8th floor facing the ocean, I believe they cheated me on an adjustment of funds for Friday since I did not have the ocean front. The people at the front desk people don’t smile & are not friendly. The rooms edges from the bathroom to the balcony were not painted very well, looks like patch work done. The carpet in both rooms are filthy with spots on carpet. There was paper on the floor in the lobby at times. I am my money back for Friday

I spent 3 nights and the first night people were yelling and partying in the hall at 2 AM and the staff did nothing to stop it. The second night a couple was fighting in the hallway at 3 AM and the staff did nothing to stop it. The third night there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building, false alarm, but the staff seemed confused as what to do if it were a real emergency situation.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at in Miami. They sell this as a resort, but it’s a run down property that has nothing going for it. On site food is terrible. The pool area is old. Paint is falling off. Save your money and go stay elsewhere! Better hotels at the same value.
