We arrived later in the evening at which time we entered the office area and found the employee sitting at a table playing on their phones. After we got checked in we went to our room only to be even more disappointed. The door did not seal (you could literally see light coming in all the way around the door jam. Upon entering the room we were met with a very undesirable smell somewhere between trash and septic. The only part of the bed that was made was the top cover. The rest of the sheets had to be put on. Bathroom door was notched out so it could close without hitting the toilet. Shower had tiles with broken grout at which time i placed my hand on the wall to enter the shower and found that the wall is basically falling apart. Water pressure was horrible. Pool was colder than any pool i have ever been in. This place is supposedly rated at 4 stars out of 5. They should be lucky to get a one star rating. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The clerks in the office were curt and unwelcoming. The rooms were outdated. The television did not work. On the plus side comfortable beds and plenty of towels.

Spent the night going from the keys to Tampa. Nice “motel” parking in front of room. Quiet area with beautiful pool and sitting area. Room and property clean. Bed older but good, bathroom was “clean” but the walls of it were caked in nasty! Small bath with no vents so hot shower left water to run down walls. Walls had shampoo, soap etc on them and had not been wiped down in a long time. But a super hot ahower

Ok for the price.

Room was clean for the most part. My wife and I are seniors with grey hair and found several dark hairs on the bedding and tub area. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Toilets and tub were clean but had stains that detracted from their appearance. Good place to stay for just passing through.

Safe and clean!

Nice clean room with parking outside! Coffee machine and Refrigerator and microwave in room. Coffee in office. No breakfast. Nice location to Shark valley Everglades! Would stay here again! Felt safe! Ice machine on property
