Room was in good condition, bathroom was a terrible, tub was gross, water barely got warm. Lots of noise from other guests was hard to sleep. Front desk clerk was not the most pleasant person. Will not stay here again.

The room was old and needs to be redone. there were blood stains on the bed skirt indicating bed bugs were an issue, but there were none while I was there. I looked for them and sprayed with bed bug spray to make sure there would not be an issues. The place was sketchy.

The room was ok and clean enough. One extra star given for the fact that there were no bugs. The beds were comfortable enough but very noisy because of box springs or something that was loose underneath. The tub definitely did not invite me to soak, however there was plenty of water pressure from the shower head. The phone didn't work and when I tried to call the front desk from the number listed on the phone it was the wrong number. Front desk help was friendly and accommodating. We saw two different maintenance men while we were there one had to open the safe so that we could use it and the other came to replace a light bulb in the main lamp that had gone out. The door to the room LED outside and you could see light under the door. It dragged against the door frame and threshold and made lots of noise upon opening and closing. The safety latch on the door did not present itself with providing much safety as it seems like it could have been pulled out by hand if I were strong enough. This is a budget hotel and I suppose for what we paid it was a good value.

Check in was really good with great welcoming staff named Vanita, she was very professional and helpful. We liked her customer service dealing. Hotel location is good. Room was good, the only thing we didn’t like that the sink was adjacent to bedroom with no privacy. Overall we liked the stay in Fairway Inn Miami.

I had an altercation with The maintenance person who didn’t speak English. He twice reached into my car, wants to grab the key and wants to put the other key forcefully down on my thigh. Also, in my earlier day, the refrigerator was turned off and smelled. They gave me a room that was already occupied. One of the rooms that they gave me had a broken heater. I’m staying at this hotel because I have to, and I have no choice. Some of the people like women who worked the front desk are all great, but the manager is aggressive and unhelpful, the maintenance person does not speak English and is physically aggressive, which has led me to consider taking steps and the owner who I’ve contacted by email has not gotten back to me. I like to consider myself a good unreasonable customer, but I never make these kind of reviews. I’m un unfortunate the unable to give a lower than one star rating. Please stay away.

The heater didn’t work ,and this is the first time that I stay in a hotel and they give you a paper bag with a cold burrito inside I was expecting a normal breakfast with eggs,bacon toast cereal a normal hotel breakfast very disappointed.
