Good size room, unfortunately the bathroom was not clean. I had to wash the bathtub, shower head and sink before using it. Coffee residue on the wall next to the coffee maker. Dog hair on the floor. For the price I did not expect a 5 star, but the cleanliness must be there...

Always a nice place to stay. Clean and safe. Facility is a little dated but clean and property is well kept. Staff are friendly.

The pool area was nice and relaxing, the staff was great, water in shower was hot, and price was fair. Will definitely stay here again. Also the Farmers Market Restaurant was fantastic. Ate all our meals there. Go check it out.

Budget friendly

The price was budget friendly. Our room was clean and would have been great if the air could keep it cool. It blew air just not cold air. I don’t know if they just don’t offer room cleaning services on certain days or what but one of the days our room didn’t get cleaned or restocked with clean towels or toilet paper. Cleaning the room isn’t a big deal. I can clean up after us but new towels and stuff would have been great.

LOVE the Fairway Inn!

We stay at the Fairway Inn at least once a year, and it is always extremely clean, the property is very well maintained, the location is perfect, and the price is very fair. We are never disappointed, and we will continue to make it our hotel of choice in Florida City!

Outside grounds was kept up nice and the room was recently renovated but already looked tired. There was a gap all the way around the exterior door and there was so much traffic coming and going throughout the night that it was hard to have a good night's sleep. The neighborhood was sketchy.

Felt safe in the environment and it was conveniently located for visiting the Everglades. Room was tidy and bed was clean and comfortable. While the floors were free of debris, they weren't clean as my bare feet could attest after walking on them. Also, toilet ran some and we had to adjust the chain a few times. But, overall, for the money we spent, it was a decent place to hang your hat after a couple of long days touring the Everglades.
