Unsatisfied for a Comfort Suites

This was our first time staying here and we stopped here because it was close to the airport and wanted to stay in the same place when we returned from our cruise. The first room had ants and the bed had a big dint that it makes it uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. The breakfast makes was just sad, the sausage looked and tasted uncooked and the donuts and bread was stale. On our return we got a different room and was able to get in a room very early. The bed was very uncomfortable because the dint in the bed was worse then the first time. The breakfast food was stale again and it had flies in the ben.

The room have couple issue. The shower head have mold, I try to use the hair dryer and shoot a smoke ball, the lamps in the bed area no work I need disconect the clock alarm for put the cable lamp. The elevator smell bads. Parking lot in the night is full and no have space

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was amazing nd the cleanliness of the room was everything I could ask for on vacation. The staff was amazing. There are plenty of dining options all on the same block. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this property the day before I went on my cruise. It was nice. It had a pool outside free breakfast and the staff was very nice. I do recommend this hotel especially if you’re going on a cruise because they have free transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port That’s the part. I really liked about it.

Great pre-cruise hotel.

Overnight stay before a cruise departure. Nice and friendly staff. Airport and free Cruise Shuttles. I arrived well before my 4:00 pm check in time and was told by staff as soon as they had something available I could check in. Was able to check in at noon and also reserve our transfer for the cruise port. Free breakfast with waffle makers. IHOP and McDonald's within 7 min walk. Subway and Gas station right next door.

It took two hours for the hotel shuttle to pick up from the airport. The hotel staff was not knowledgeable about the process for pickup. The shuttle to the port was on time and organized. The front desk staff would benefit from training.
