Disappointing stay despite kind staff
We had a late check-in on our first day, and when we entered the room, the AC was not working. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk agent, who was very kind and apologetic. Unfortunately, she informed us that she could not change our room or resolve the issue because the manager said we had to wait until the next day.
A technician was sent, but the AC was never fixed. We stayed for two nights, and both nights were without air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable.
Additionally, the hotel has a strong humidity/mold smell, and while not all areas were dirty, the walls clearly need maintenance and better upkeep.
I want to highlight that the staff was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely embarrassed by the manager’s attitude. Their customer service was the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, due to the overall experience, I would not stay here again.
