The set up was great for my family and I . It was a total of 10 of us and we all slept comfortably. If you generally use face towels you will have to furnish your own. Also, you will need to take additional dry off towels. Parking was the only other issue ; by God's grace we had handicap plaques . With those we did not have to pay for parking.just had to patrol for handicap parking spots. If you carry a speaker don't play it to loud they will think your having a party and someone might call the police on you. Also, you might need to take a fan for the Master Bedroom if you like it cold at night ; it doesn't get that cold in that area of the apartment in the night time.

Noises

During the first three days of our stay, there was a lot of noise due to repair work being done on the cabin. Additionally, the workers left construction materials in the common areas, including the pool, which significantly impacted our experience. Had we known this in advance, we would have canceled the reservation and looked for another option.

Everything was pretty good. One Air conditioner kept breaking and it was fixed twice but it broke again and I did not call to have it fixed because I didn’t want maintenance to keep coming in the apartment. Also there wasn’t any cleaning supplies to clean the apartment. The floors were very dirty and I had a baby and 5 year old. A mop was brought but there was no broom or any cleaning soap. I had to buy those items and I gave them away when I left. The overall apartment was very nice and I wouldn’t mind staying there again. You could not beat the location. And we were very comfortable. It really did serve the purpose for 5 days. Thank you.

Its in a close proximity to the beach, hence the price is reflected accordingly. One of the restrooms appear to be updated but without ventilation. The beds are so so and the heater makes a loud noise making it unpleasant to leave it on.

South Beach Oasis

Book to this hotel because I had to come to South Beach for work, and it was amazing! The apartment is super spacious, giving me a true home away from home while working. Loved the easy access of the pool.
