Shower only worked after maintenance came to fix it twice causing me to leave on Christmas morning to be with family without being able to shower before leaving. toilet sometimes continued to run after being flushed and toilet seat would slide to one side or the other. The TV remote was very difficult to operate. Breakfast selection was ok but if you came a bit late as I did the potatoes were cold. All and all it was definitely not the room I expected or paid for.
