Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Tara for the airport pickup and recommendation for the free limo to Marlowe's Restaurant. Thank you Tommy for getting us a ride to the Guest House at Graceland. Thank you Mrs. Duphie for a wonderful breakfast.

This stay didn't work out as I intended. It was advertised as having an airport shuttle which is why I booked the hotel. However, nowhere does it say that the shuttle only starts at 7 am. So I had to call an Uber at 5 am, wait 20 minutes for it to show up, pay for the Uber, and nearly missed my flight. This is not a true airport hotel.

I stayed at this hotel twice. I picked it because they supposedly offered a free shuttle to the airport. The first time I needed to be at the airport by 5:00am. After booking a room and inquiring about the shuttle, I was told that the shuttle didn’t start until 7:00am. OK, my bad? The second time, my flight came in around 8:00pm. Well guess what? No freaking shuttle. There will not be a third time!

Ms. Duffy was the lady managing the breakfast . She was very nice, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure you and everyone around felt special. I witnessed her several times asking guest if they needed anything trying to insure all guest had everything they needed.

There was noise outside our window at night which kept us up and the room cleanliness was not good, there was footprints on the tile floor, so I wonder if they’ve been mopped?

Clean and safe hotel

This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful and friendly and available to help with any questions and offer suggestions. Although the area is a little shady- the security was tight with a gate to park behind and everything was well lit. We would definitely stay there again.
