Another great stay at the Battery Wharf Hotel! Everything was wonderful - from the hot mulled cider in the lobby to the quiet and comfortable room to the friendly & helpful staff. I have to recognize (again) Emmanuel at the front desk who is incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Battery Wharf! We’ll be back soon!

The staff was friendly and the property was nice all with a really great location in the city. We arrived and with my Hotels.com status I was eligible for a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a suite in the front building. The extra space was nice and the room had some great ammenities - iron in the room, robes, coffee machine, etc. Valet was also quick when I requested my car and extremely helpful with bags when we arrived. We did not go to the spa or gym, but I have been previously and they are great!

The atmosphere is of an old and tired hotel. No people around. Restaurant and bar empty. Spa is in a different building likewise the gym. The Spa is good only for treatments and is missing a pool. Gym with outdated equipments. There are room at the ground floor as the Motel.

The view was amazing , we caught the most beautiful sunrise. We had a great stay with the help of Makayla who was brilliant. Right in the neighbourhood of the north end . Easy reach to fanuel hall and great food and drink .

I would advise the manager to look at the bathroom in the room I had (3228). Look at the walls and how bad that has been renovated. I’m a gold member at hotels.com and asked for one more hour check out time based on a late flight. This is the first time in 20 years I have been turned down on that. I would also strongly advise the manager to have a look at his tired staff in the reception, not all of them but a couple of the male staff. The bartenders was awesome and the guys in the reception should take a look at how they work with their customers.
