Desk clerk was great. Very helpful. Room is fine. Only problem is Travelocity told me we have option for a FREE Airport Shuttle Bus, but Hotel said that is only offered with direct booking. So I have an extra $30 AUD expense. Not good! MISREPRESENTED BY TRAVELOCITY!

They wouldnt not extend the late check out even by an hour. that was a bit too tight/firm. Bathrooms were narrow and small. so was bed rooms. odd living room and 3 people cannot sit in love seat, but overall OK for a day to getby
