Runs out of water. We were unable to flush the toilet a few times which was embarrassing and twice ran out of water in the middle of a shower. So disappointing as we paid almost $800 for 3 nights!

Pictures on website are far from the actual property. Hot tub had been closed since Covid. Pool was so over chlorinated the kids couldn’t even use it. The room was supposed to be a suite was a double double bed with a pull out couch.

The receptionist was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy, which was a great start. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The pool water was quite cold, and unfortunately, the laundry machine was out of service, so we couldn't do any washing. We also had to get our room key reset, which was inconvenient. The biggest downside was the condition of the room — while it looked clean at first glance, we found hidden dirt in places like the corners of the dresser and around the microwave. Unfortunately, we also encountered a few cockroaches during our stay.

The worst room ever I stayed in my last 7 years around USA. Starting with check in 1. Room pictures for the queen suite showed at Expedia is not matching with the property which I paid extra for the suite. Staff at the desk said they can’t do anything about it. 2. So many crock-roach around the bathroom. 3. No ventilation fan at the bathroom. 4. Showers are leaking and splash around the bathroom. 5. Almost everywhere rust around the door and looks very bad. 6. Hair dryer not working. 7. Most important things is no working laundry where properly at the beach primary location. Stay away from this property and not a worth at this price.

I was disappointed in how check in was handled at this hotel. We had drove over 9 hours and we were running late. I called the Hotel and told the gentleman on duty we were going to be an hour or more late. We ended up getting there after midnight only to find out that our room was listed as a no show after I called them and told them we were on our way. I had to wait on the manager in the lobby for hours for anything to be resolved. They still ended up charging for that night and we didn’t even sleep there until the following day because it was wee hours in the morning. It should had never been a no show.

This location is very close to a lot of different things and beachfront areas. We had a rough day due to our toilet, not working and handle breaking off and our bathtub would not drain. We had to get our key recorded on multiple occasions because it stopped working on top of our icemaker on our floor didn’t work so we would constantly have to go down to the first floor. They also don’t clean every night. You need to ask for a cleaning services if you’re going to be staying longer than one night and when I asked for more towels, I was spoken back to you and not a polite manner and then mumbling under the breath occurred. I also had to ask for toilet paper since our room was not stocked with toilet paper either

We were in Destin for a Cheerleading Competition and stayed at this hotel for the convenience. Breakfast ended at 9 but we mistakenly thought it ended at 10. We arrived exactly at 9 and the door was locked. One of the front desk staff let us in because we initially stated that we just wanted to get cereal for our 5 yr old granddaughter, however, once inside, the breakfast lady offered us the use of the waffle machine but became impatient when we made 3 waffles (there were 3 of us). Needless to say, another front desk employee came in the breakfast room and suggested that the breakfast lady unplug the waffle machine to which she did while we were in the middle of making our last waffle. In my opinion, that was extremely rude and unnecessary. They chose to let us in, therefore, waiting a few more minutes to make a waffle wouldn’t have killed anyone. They could have easily not allowed us in and that would have been perfectly fine, but to allow us in and then pulling to plug while in the middle of making our waffle was wrong. I will return to Destin, Florida because the area is nice but I will be staying at a different hotel. Especially one that doesn’t treat it’s customers like a second class citizen.
