Beautiful views of the city. Very clean and every was very friendly.

From beginning to end, our stay at L7 Chicago was absolutely top-notch. We were in Chicago for a special mother-daughter trip celebrating my daughter’s senior year, and this was our first time staying at this property — it exceeded every expectation. We were graciously upgraded to a spectacular corner room on the top floor with breathtaking views of the city and the Chicago River. Those window sill seats quickly became our favorite spot to sit, reflect, and take it all in — truly unforgettable. Shortly after we arrived, the hotel surprised my daughter with a delicious cupcake and a handwritten note with well-wishes, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Moments like that made the experience feel incredibly special. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the “blond bombshell” for his impeccable service — he truly stood out and made a lasting impression. We also ordered room service one day, and it was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and delivered promptly. The location was perfect — we were just a short, easy walk to the Chicago Riverwalk and incredibly close to the CIBC Theatre, which made getting to Hamilton that evening seamless and stress-free. This stay created memories we’ll always cherish. I would absolutely return and highly recommend L7 Chicago to anyone looking for a modern, elevated, and thoughtfully curated experience in the city.

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown!

This was a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Right next to a bakery.

Definitely not baby friendly. Bed sheets were stained and there was a fresh sauce stain on one of the beds. Microwave could not be used due to it possibly exploding in your face. Air conditioner screen kept falling off. Blow dryer not working. Could not wait to check out.
