This hotel was extremely beautiful and clean in the inside. I loved the aesthetic and the overall theme that they picked out. Customer service was outstanding and accommodating. It’s also walking distance from the riverwalk, the bean and other tourist attractions.

The Royal Sonesta was everything we could have asked for and more.Classic old style Hotel with all the modern amenities. Hotel was beautiful. If possible the Entire staff was even better. Everyone went above and beyond to make our entire group feel Very welcome. Special thanks to Hetal, Shah, and David at the front desk. Alanzo outside was fabulous. The ladies welcoming every time we came through the front door were Great. Can’t say enough about the Royal Sonesta Hotel and staff. Very highly recommend to others. Planning on staying with my wife in fall

The bathroom was dirty the first day. Soiled menstrual with a piece of sanitary napkin sheets were placed on the bed the day. I was not offered a new room after showing pictures however the Director of house keeping did a wonderful making other commendations by putting brand new linen and towels straight out the box in the room. A do not feel. $60 credit is sufficient for folded linen put on the bed. I will NEVER visit again.

I actually live about 30 minutes from downtown but love to get somewhere to stay when I have late nights and will definitely consider going back to The Allegro. Super clean, awesome staff, and they also gave us free extra time after check out so we could sleep in haha!

Good location, a little overpriced.

Quick 2 night stay, and overall stay was good. A little overpriced, wouldn’t recommend if traveling on a limited budget. Staff were friendly though. Best part was the bar, the bartender was great! TV in the room didn’t work, but we didn’t really need it on anyways. Also didn’t call down to see if it could be fixed until we left. Some tears in the wallpaper in the bathroom, and not a great vanity set up. Great location on the loop, short walking distance to many great attractions.
