Great customer service & even let us check in couple hours early. Very kind employees. We got to leave our luggage at no charge while we went to eat and shop before heading to our air bnb spot. I love the beautiful pool area with gorgeous views. Thank you

We were surprised at the Beaty of Maui and the Fairmont property. It was so much better than the photos ! The stag were incredibly attentive , kind and so good at their jobs We will definitely return here and will also book Fairmont in the future as it is a smooth well run hotel

A great place to stay and relax!

This is an amazing place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of regular hotels. Please note that there is no TV in the room which was exactly what I wanted. This is a wellness retreat hotel that offers two classes, a day included in the price of the booking . They range from ukulele lesson, to hula dances, yoga, and chi gong lessons. The breakfast is quite nice, you can pre-order lunch for the next day if you like however the restaurant is only open twice a week at this point. The food at the restaurant is exquisite.
