After a long process of airport check in, i was welcomed by a friendly staff. Laura was so hospitable. While the young gentlemen helped me with my luggage, Laura checked me in super fast. By the blink of an eye, all luggages were in the room and i was able to check in early. Traveling with older parents and a dog is not easy. But hotel staff made everything a smooth sail. Room had a front view of Madrid Park. Long scenetic balcony. Bathrooms and floors were clean. Breakfast was delicious. From 8 am to 10 am tou can wnjoy a variety of fruits, delis, breads and sweets. Surroundings and elevators were kept clean. Restaurant on site had a variety of options. We tried their pizza twice and loved it. Their staff was also very hospitable. This hotel not only helped me obtain fast, trustworthy transfer from the airport to the hotel, but also helped me with ways to get tl the closest train station. I felt safe and happy. Hotel had very respectful, welcoming and friendly front desk, restaurants and cleaning staff. Hotel its located near many attractions; such as 5 minute walk from Parque De Madrid, 15 minute walk from Train Station. 20 minute drive from Bernabéu Soccer Stadium, Royal Palace . I would defenetly return and or recommend to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming and convenient place to stay.

The breakfast was excellent and very pleasing staff. At the reception Laura was a delight with genuine customer service skills. Our room was clean and enough space for a couple and the view to the Retiro Park was incredible! The air conditioning was not an option because it couldn’t be turned on so left the balcony door slightly open for comfort.
