Walking distance to the museums and Retiro park. Very quiet and safe area. The breakfast was amazing with lot of variety. Staff was very friendly, helped us make dinner reservations.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location, walkable to many different restaurants and a beautiful park. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Madrid.

It's a beautiful building super well locates in front of the park and it has one the best service I've ever had in Spain. The staff is super attentive. The only thing to improve is that the sink was all scratced but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again

This is a very nice hotel, elegant and clean, with very comfortable beds, and located right by beautiful park el Retiro. I have two complains, however: 1- The shower is really weird, very modern but with an impractical configuration. The commode is located right in front of the shower with no division, so the floor gets wet in the whole area. 2- they gave us a room with a view of an ugly light shaft. Also they offer a breakfast buffet but at annexhorbitant price.

A delight

Ideal location, comfortable room, ideal walk-in shower, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and the blackout curtains! We loved staying here. We had a room overlooking the park.

Great location

The hotel location was great and the staff was wonderful. The bathroom was very unusual. Definitely the least functional part of the room. The shower got water all over the floor. The main part of the hotel was absolutely beautiful! Overall, the day was good and I would recommend it. Just be aware. The bathroom will not be the best part of your stay.

The hotel was ideally located, right across form the Retiro Park, close to major museums. From the moment I checked in I was comfortable and pleased with amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, fitting for a "palace." Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
