The staff at the bar and resturant weren't particularly helpful. Long waits and having to go to the bar to request items. generally unaccommodating. Room cleaning wasn't great either, I ordered room service the night I arrived and the crockery stayed in my room until I left. Room card stopped working more than 3 times during a 4 day stay. Just wasn't great, wouldn't stay here again.

Room is pretty dated. AC did not work, it's centrally controlled so you can press the buttons all day and it won't change. Charge by the person so it was an extra $20. Not a huge deal but for the price you are paying which was for me $170 a night USD then another $20 for extra person. Was not worth it for the condition of the hotel. I would stay somewhere else next time. Bathroom was pretty old and dated as well. Refrigerator in the room was not cold and drinks in it is about $3.50 Euros each. Don't be fooled by the pictures. It's dated.

Great stay in Madrid

We enjoyed our stay here. We liked that it was easily accessible to both the airport and the city center via a nearby subway line. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only negative was that we weren't able to get in touch with the hotel ahead of our stay to confirm the availability of an infant cot; luckily we were able to sort it out when we arrived. In any case, we'd recommend staying here!

Good all rounder, great for road trips as good car park and very near to a metro station to get into the city centre. The pools were great kids enjoyed them. If there was one weakness it’s the restaurant. They offer a buffet but it’s overpriced and not great quality of food. Breakfast was also a little poor compared to other Novotel I have stayed at, they can’t seem to keep the hot food hot, almost room temperature which I find a bit poor.

Quick stop for next day flight

Everything was good, very nice staff. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, would have to walk for more options. Very close to Metro station, one stop and you are at the airport .
