Great location and family room was ideal. No complaints whatsoever. Gym was good and would have liked to have used the swimming pool/sauna but was closed during our stay (Monday 1st June to Thursday 4th June 2026). Would definitely recommend and will use when heading back over to Sydney in February 2027.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff.

Staff were great. However: - initially we were provided a room that looked out to a brick wall, when a room with a water view was paid for. - phone in the room didn’t work so couldn’t order room service - QRL code for room service didn’t work. - TV was glitchy - no coffee pods or coffee machine were available - no draws to put clothes That said, great location, staff lovely, bed super comfortable, room clean and modern.

Room was very clean, overall property is well maintained. Full coffee and patisserie cafè in the lobby. Location was so convenient to take advantage of the light rail and train/metro stations, while so close to Paddy's Market as well.

Amazing view of the Sydney Opera House!!! Unfortunately, restaurant hours were somewhat limited. On our first night, both the Altitude and the Blue Bar were closed for private events. The Lobby Lounge was closed at 9. The only option left was room service.

Absolute 5 star in every way. From the moment you arrive in the car park u til you leave again it is an amazing experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is vey convenient, the amenities are superb the view is amazing, the whole experience is absolutely fantastic, I can not recommend it enough.
