Lubbock Winery Accommodation

Would have been nice to be able to park closer.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is great for Texas Tech visits as well as easy access for traveling around Lubbock. Property is a bit dated but our towels were fluffy fresh. We stayed at the Overton during spring graduation so room pricing was quite inflated. Would stay there again if visiting Lubbock.

This appears to be a newer property and overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the most horrible thing I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was not ready when arrived at 10 PM. One of the staff from the front desk was cleaning the room in a rush. The sheets were all wrinkled on both beds and all the pillows were thrown on one, and that was the way that was said to be the room was ready. The bathroom was still dirty from such a quick cleanup. The towels were quickly folded up and not in any kind of decent order They brought our extra blankets and pillows, rolled up in a ball and said they just got them out of the dryer and that’s why they were not folded The room was dusty and dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time The staff called our room and knocked on our door at 11:30 PM at night Then speaking to the manager, he was extremely rude about how horrible our stay was and did not do anything to help us in any fashion

Breakfast good, hotel cleanliness needs improvement

Fitness center, business center, and breakfast were not open. No laundry. Woke up to 5 mice in my sna k bag
