The Experience Our stay was absolutely enjoyable from start to finish. The resort maintains a high-energy atmosphere with continual entertainment that kept us engaged throughout the day. We would definitely like to return in the future. Accommodations & Views Room: We had a beautiful room that was well-maintained and comfortable. The View: The highlight was the harbor view. Overlooking the water and watching the sea lions and pelicans was a unique and wonderful experience. Dining & Service Food Quality: Excellent variety and quality across all menus. Availability: We never felt crowded; there was plenty of room in the restaurants despite the resort's popularity. Staffing: The team was lovely, efficient, and prompt. Their service truly elevated the experience. Amenities & Grounds Pools: The pool areas are beautiful and kept very clean. Seating: Unlike many resorts, there was ample seating available throughout the day, making it easy to relax by the water.

Food was beyond awful. Waste of money to go here. Waited over an hour for a spoon of hummas and a Greek salad that was canned corn and chopped bell peppers put in a cup and then flipped onto a large plate. I was about to pass out I needed FOOD. The breakfast was even worse. Old bread and baked goods. Guy couldn’t cook an omelet it was still not cooked in the inside. Drinks were made with fake label alcohol it was awful. I paid for 4 days and left after the second. The frist day after that salad we went back to our room to change our flight back to the states. View was nice but no one talks about the seals noise all hours of the night. Just bad honestly. And the resort was clearly thrown together. Paint missing in spots, door doesn’t close right. Fixtures not fully secured. Waste of money.

The views from this hotel are simply breathtaking. Our room overlooked the marina and we were lucky to be located on the 5th(top) floor. The marina was a hub of activity with little boats to huge boats, watching them navigate each other especially in the dark was fascinating. The infinity pool overlooking the marina was great to watch all the activity during the day. The infinity pool on the side of the hotel overlooked the ocean and the arch. Cruise ships moored within sight and it was fun to watch all the passengers go to the town. The hotel itself was lovely, the food was great but the best thing were the staff, they were great ! Everyone did their best to ensure we had a good time. Shout outs to Santiago, Alfredo and Carolina.

Like any property...this one has good points and bad points. Lets start with the good: - The property is located at the end of the harbour which makes for great walking. - Its a small resort, so you never feel overwhelmed with people, you dont have to line up for restaurants, and you dont need to compete for a chair by the pool - The food is some of the best I've had at an all inclusive, but you still need to be cautious about what you order - Carlos at the quiet pool, Ruben at Bites restaurant and Carolina the hostess at the beachfront restaurants are all amazing! - Our room got serviced twice a day - its easy to book fishing or other tours right on site - The Nook coffee bar is great...amd its open 24 hours, so its great foe early risers who want a coffee Now for the not so good: - the noise from the marina feels never ending...dont try to have a nap before dinner...the party boats will wake you up - The Xhale benefits are definitely not worth the cost. If you want the cowboy steak, just order it off the room service menu at no extra cost. - this is not a party resort, so its confusing as to why the music at the main pool has to be so loud that you cant even carry on a conversation. - the Spoons buffet is horrible...avoid it. - this resort has some kind of marketing presentation that they want you to sit through. They bait you with discounted tours. If your vacation time is important to you, just pay the full price for any tours and avoid the sales people.

The staff was terrific. They were very attentive and polite. A fresh drink was ready before we needed another. There is a lot of talk about the food not being good. I totally disagree. There wasn't a meal we didn't enjoy. I think people need to understand that this is not an over-the-top expensive resort where food should be the main drive. You more than get your money's worth. The rooms were comfortable, and the view of the harbor was amazing. I do agree that the sea lions were very noisy, but there is absolutely nothing that can be done. You can only hear them from the locations around the adult pool and the guest rooms. There is no swim-up bar, but, like I said, you didn't need to get out of your chair to be served. The ocean was great, and there was plenty of room around the buoys that kept you within a safe zone. There are very few swimmable beaches in Cabo, so that is a plus for sure! The distance and route to get from one side of the resort to the other were a bit long and confusing, but really not a big deal. We took advantage of the free 40 minute photo shoot. They do a great job. The photo's are $25 per photo. There is also a package buy 10 get 2 free. You won't be able to capture your vacation the way the photographer can. What I didn't see was a lot of tipping. Yes, it is an all-inclusive resort, and tipping is not mandatory, but this is how these people make a living. A few dollars here and there can go a long way.

The resort was clean, rooms clean and friendly service. They can improve on the service time at the property restaurants. It ranged at dimner from 1 to 2 hours wait for a table and then the food it took a lobg time to be served as well.
